Inclement weather

Concerts will be held rain or shine.  In the event of severe weather we will post additional information on this page.

Food information

You are welcome to bring  food with you and picnic during the event.  Glass bottles or containers are not permitted on campus.

Light Rail information

The University of Denver RTD light rail station, one block north of the concert venue, services light rail lines E/F/H.

Where to park

Parking surrounding the University is free on Sundays for the Carillon concerts.  For the campus green concerts, there is free parking available at a first come, first serve basis in Parking Lot L near the Law school.

Alcoholic beverages

Alcoholic beverages (for attendees of legal age) are permitted as long as they are not in glass containers.

Restroom accommodations

Restrooms will be available for concert goers.  The Ritchie center restrooms will be available for Carillon event attendees, while the Sturm building will be available for Campus Green concert goers.

Accommodations for handicapped/disabled concert goers

Both the Carillon and Campus Green sections will be accessible for handicapped/disabled attendees.  Handicapped parking in Parking Lot L and accessible restrooms are also available.

* Note: Carillon concerts are performed on the Williams Carillon – the best seating area is the courtyard to the south of the Ritchie Center. See All Events
